Title: 9n lift questions

I have just purchased a 9n of unknown manufacture date as of yet but the lift on the hitch is very slow and not strong enough to lift a box scraper with little dirt in it. I found the dipstick tube but not sure what lube to use and am waiting on a service manual to be sent in the mail. Anyone have a direction for a newbie farmer? Awesome little tractor on all other accounts.

You should use what is recommended... just go to your local parts store or a Farm and Fleet Store and they can help... The oil is a hydraulic and transmission fluid combo..
