9N,2N,8N, Ford Tractors / 9n 2n front 16" rims

Hey guys New to this but have a question.? Were are the 16" front rims sold? I don't want to mess around and weld old rims to the dish.

Factory rims are the 19x 3 from over the years as I'm told by the old guys they would cut the center dish and weld. 16" truck rims to them. I'm not sure if there is a company that used to make them or what but I'm looking for 16's myself.
