Title: Serial number on Ford Jubile
Post by: jhervert on October 01, 2007, 01:17:16 PM
My Ford Jubile has a serial number: IAA 7006 8. Does that mean the number is 7006 and the 8 refers to something else? Or do I ignore the space in front of the 8, in which case the number is 70068?

Also, the line above the serial number says "ISH 19".  What does that mean?

I figured it out. the number I was looking at is on the right side and sticks out. It is actually a part number.  The serial number is on the left side and is lightly stamped in.  What clued me in to this is that there are a good number of Jubilee tractors listed on the serial number registry, with that part number or a similar part number listed as the serial number.
