Title: 9n spark but will not start

Changed all - wires, points/condensor, dist cap and cleaned carb (no adjustment) Old dist cap #4 was black so had been arcing??? will start for 2-3 seconds when choke is on full and same with starter fluid but thats all - usually runs GREAT?
ANY IDEAS.........HELP

Carb float may be stuck closed. See if gas flows when you take out the drain plug. Open the gas valve fully, your tank should be on the reserve when it all the way out. Do you have gasoline in the tank? If you have spark, then it should be a fuel problem.
