lightning_bytes@yahoo.com Message: My 9N won't start. New battery is in (my brother converted it previously a year ago from 6-Volt to 12-Volt). I might have reversed the +/- terminals accidently as it did spark. Did I fry the electrical system? I charged up battery three times but still nothing...won't turn over and start up. I noticed from another posting to the forum that you're supposed to change the starter button when you convert to 12-Volts. Is that correct? I "inherited" the tractor from my Dad and brother and am not mechanically inclined but need it to plow up my acre. Weeds out of control!! Help!! Thanks for your response.
