Hydraulic Fluid & Oil

I found a wonderful dissertation on another site in regards to hydraulic fluid that came to no clear conclusion.

I am in Michigan and one of the main tasks of my "new" 9N will be plowing our moderate southern Michigan snow.  What "weight" of hydraulic fluid should I put in my system?

Also, what weight motor oil is appropriate for these wonders?

I "think" the fluid is your gear and transmission oil, maybe 80W90 weight.
