Message: check the altenator on the one that will turn over. i have a fully restored 9n myself, just clean the air filter, replace the oil filter and oil, clean out the oil bowl and add some bar and chain oil to it. the oil bowl is underneath the breather and uses oil to catch dirt and crud, replace its oil. also overhaul the engine, slap on some new tires and paint, and presto, a fully restored ford 9n tractor ready for display or work.check the cylinoid, make sure fire is getting to it, also make sure the gas is on, and the hose is not cloged up. any more questions?
